Business Planning

It is often said that those who fail to plan, plan to fail. Planning is an essential part of any successful enterprise.

There are three levels of planning often carried out by organisations:

Strategic plans are the plans developed to achieve strategic goals. These goals focus on broad issues and are set by, and for, top management of an organisation.

Tactical plans are developed to implement specific parts of a strategic plan, with the aim of achieving tactical goals. These goals are usually determined by upper and middle management of an organisation.

Operational plans are narrower in scope than tactical plans, although they are focussed on carrying out tactical plans to achieve operational goals. Operational plans are generally developed by middle and lower level management.

At MAS Management Consultancy Services, we have a solid understanding of the planning process and can assist your organisation to develop and implement plans at all levels, including marketing plans. With our sound understanding of management systems, we can also assist your organisation in developing systems for monitoring the success of implementation of plans.
